Love the features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old range definitely needed to retire. It wasn't until I started using my Samsung smart electric range that I realized it. My new range heats up quickly, things are cooked, broiled, baked faster and with amazing taste!

Clean but scuffs like most glass tops

Loved at first sight...

the range is used on a daily basis. most features are truly likable. purchased a year ago & loved it the first few months until we nearly started a fire because the knobs do not lock & if leaned into while cleaning, the burners will turn on. along with this, the sound cannot be heard by everyone in the house, and there's no way to turn it up. the knobs are not made sturdy & we're using our one and only knob that hasn't broken, while waiting on backorder to arrive. the stove is nearly non-usable due to knob issue. if we'd known of these things prior to buying, we'd have made another choice. this range falls short of expectations.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
