Definite stove upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Better than my 18 year old stove. I love how fast the stove and burners heat up. The 2 front burners will boil much faster than standard burners. I also like the wifi connection so I know when the stove is done preheating. I'm still learning to navigate the new features. It is not fingerprint resistant. I wish the stove came with a manual so I knew how to work all of the features.I did find a manual on samsung.com but some of the instructions are very vague, such as the steam clean and bread proof features. No sampler cleaner was included so I used Barkeepers stainless steel and it scratched the front by the knobs. I'm not sure how to fix that now. The touchscreen is way too touchy. If you lean on it or shirt touches it, you turn things on. It is always beeping. I also wish there was a back so there isn't a space between my wall and the oven. The bottom drawer should be deeper so I can fit my pans in it. It is only 5" deep. I still can't quite get the convection temp right yet so I don't burn foods. I made muffins and cookies on convection bake and they burned in 8 minutes. My roast chicken was brown too quick so I had to keep turning the temp down. Baked macaroni came out great.

Great upgrade!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we upgraded from the older kitchenaid range that was in our house when we moved in. this range looks much nicer and works 100 times better. love the convenction and being able to tell google to turn the oven on from anywhere in the house.

Horrible delivery experience

the delivery workers left a mess of trash inside my house and out in the street from the two appliances. plastic wrap and styrofoam everywhere. they also didn’t seem to know what they were doing. they unplugged the water from our refrigerator which resulted in water being sprayed all over my wood floors. they didn’t wear shoe covers, and since it was raining tracked mud and dirt into our house. they seemed very reckless and it was really hard to communicate with them. lastly, they left without completing the installation of the range/oven. there was an error message that said “bad line” and they just said someone would come back and fix it. never heard from anyone from samsung so i had to contact them myself. now i have no over or stove since they took my old one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful stove

very nice stove, fits great, easy to use and controls in front are nice feature. haven’t used app yet. only concern is the cooktop knobs are easy turned on when leaning into stove and the lock feature only locks the oven and not element controls. still overall a very nice oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Safety issue

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this range to complete our kitchen remodeling. After 1 week, the range was returned because the control knobs for the counter top would easily turn on if someone leaned against them. 2 fires were started.

Love Induction! Love Samsung!

Our radiant slide-in range died just before Thanksgiving. We initially attempted to find a radiant style replacement, but after reading all the positive reviews on the Samsung Induction range, the wife and I decided to order the Induction range. GREAT DECISION! We love our new Samsung Induction stove! It is quiet, very efficient, quick to heat, and the heat is stable. We love the cooktop's "cool" temperature which prevents food from burning onto the glass and becoming a nightmare to remove. Our cookware gets hot immediately and the heat is very consistent. We highly recommend this product and are elated with our decision to buy it! I received compensation for this review, but the review is my own. Go Samsung! GREAT PRODUCT!

Caused a substantial kitchen fire

Caused a kitchen fire. The knobs turn way too easily. We have started numerous ones but were thankfully home to put them out. Not with this last one. My entire house has smoke and soot damage and they are having to pull my kitchen apart. Even though it is a 2 mechanism to function, it is way too loose and it takes so little effort/pressure to turn it to on.
My pets thankfully didn't die and my house is still standing. We are out of our house for 2 months. As soon as you - Samsung - knew this was an issue, you should have sent out those covers you reference in another review. I loved the range but this is a serious safety issue and your lack of effort to help those registered with this range says a lot about your company. Your design flaw caused a substantial fire and damage to my house.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
