pros: dual cleaning feature (steam & self clean); large oven; locking feature (handy to have with a toddler); baking options (regular and convection); like that for baking you can set the time you want the oven to turn on, the temperature you want and the time you want it to automatically turn off.
cons: rubber strip at the front of the cooktop is a dirt and crumb collector and is very had to clean; when the control panel buttons are muted then the timer does not beep after the set time ends.

Great Range!

Never Cared about the range until ours went out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this unit far surpasses our expectations. it looks beautiful and laid out very nicely. i was concerned about the knobs being on the outside having a 2 and 5 year old but really hasn't been much of a problem thankfully with the help of the touchscreen lock. i like that you also have to push and turn the knobs. i read older models were super sensitive and would turn on if you brushed against them. these still can be bumped on but not very easily. the main complaint is trying to keep it clean but i think this goes for most ranges. although there's a little rubber ledge in the front that is very hard to clean and keep debris out of...not enough to lose a star. overall love this investment. wifi prob not necessary...but cool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] just purchased, works fabulously, has every bell and whistle we need without being ridiculous. would have liked a bit more info in the owners manual (like how to set the clock which i feel is the bare minimum for an owners manual?) but the oven itself is exactly what we're looking for. installation went smoothly, first batch of cookies was delicious!

Overall, a complete range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this fits into pretty much anyone's kitchen design and matches well with my other samsung appliances. i wish it came with a backsplash already installed mainly because it looks kind of odd without one and there is quite the gap in the back. only time can tell about its reliability, but i haven't had any issues with other samsung appliances in the past. tldr, 5 star product that is 4 stars for me due to the gap in the back.
