Best purchase yet!

Bought this few weeks ago and has been the best purchase yet. We have a German shepherd and fur is all over every day. Thanks to this lil guy he keeps up with the tumble weeds the dog creates. We also have bar stools with legs that connect to each other with a 1/4” bar across the floor, good’ol robot kicks it in 4 wheel drive somehow and has no issues jumping the bars. As for our running carpets it’s no challenge to the robot, smooth transition from tile to running carpet and back to tile. They say it has a 45 day or so to empty the bin but since we have a lot of fur we empty it every time it completes its run. The only down side of the whole robot is the filter. Wish it could be removed and washed out but it looks like you have to replace the whole plastic piece when it is time to change the robot filter, the one in the tank looks to be easily washed and replaced. Besides that I’d definitely recommend this lil guy.

Love my vacuum but the hump on top stops it from going under things to clean that is the only negative other than that would have gave it a five.

I purchased this 3 months ago, and it works great as far as vacuuming goes. Issue is with the APP. Shark needs these upgraded to the App.
Need to be able to schedule room by room by certain day. Only option for scheduling is total house. Can't do that because some times people are asleep and rooms are not ready to be done.
Also the only option is to map entire house. Need option to go back to a certain room and have just that room re-mapped. This would be helpful if you move or change furniture around. Another option would be if the vac is having a hard time mapping a room. Only option is to keep mapping entire house.

I miss the programming features my old ones had.

I am aggravated, I thought I could program it for what day and what time I wanted it to run like my old ones can with a remote. This one does not have that feature so each day I need to remember when and a courteous time because I live in a condo.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Junk. 3rd one in a month. All 3 are the worst thing I've ever owned. Will not MAP correctly, totally confused, absolutely useless.

I bought this a month ago and used it about 5 times. It keeps stopping saying the brush roll is stuck and when I open it there’s nothing there and the dirt cup is empty. It misses spots on the floor. My old shark was 100% better

DO NOT BUY!!! I purchased my Shark Matrix and was completly not satisfied. At first it works well, however after a few weeks the robot began to miss multiple parts of the house and we need to re-map it multiple times a month. ALSO the battery dies VERY quickly. Completly not worth it. Keep your money.

Was a decent vacuum, now it doesn't vacuum the house. Does a small area, or goes 4-5ft away from doc and gets lost, or vacuums the whole house and never returns to the doc. Before when it was right out of the box it was great, did its job and never skipped a beat. I gave it 2 stars just because when it worked it worked but that's all the reviews deserves just because I've tried everything from factory restarting to remapping the house and nothing has fixed my issue.
