Oh shacleana..my girl

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have hardwood floors with various height rugs throughout our home- so I’ve always been hesitant on an automatic vacuum. Since getting and setting up the shark, my mind has been changed. Fantastic. Every day at 530
She runs through the house like a champ. Today she did get stopped due to a babydoll in the floor from my 2 year old- but once we got the hair untangled, she was good to go. She does self clean once between finishing her run of the home and she’s only tried to commit suicide once by the stairs before we saved her. I can’t imagine not having her. We love shacleana and thank you for creating such a wonderful piece of technology.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very Excited with our Mini Helper it's so much easier to clean out the bin than the actual robot cleaner very easy to install app and set up. I love the app messages when something is stuck go check it out its amazing. There is some parts of the kitchen that I notice it misses but I do remove my mats to get that hard to get dirt. Overall it goes all over and picks up the mess dirt and especially the hairs all over the house from me and my daughter. When we are having unexpected visitors I turn it on for a quick clean and does it's job All I need is a mop robot and I'm complete. Very happy with shark robot and being able to set it up with alexa as well it's called mama bear when we need her, no issues she cleans and removes her own dirt happy mama's here.

Does a great job of cleaning

I’ve only have my robot a couple of weeks am please with the way it cleans..the only thing I don’t like is the app needed to run it. With my other robot the app was easier to use. But like all things someone thought it needed to be improved & in doing that made it harder to use
I would recommend this to a friend!

Regretful purchase

The vacuum is okay but the app is absolutely junk. The app continuously crashes and does not allow you to properly edit the map making the app completely useless. Also you are limited to two no-go areas on the map. Regretting this purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I worry that all these reviews are fake...

App is broken yet is one of the main selling points for the Shark Robot Vacuums. The SharkClean app, which is stated in the instructions to be used to control the robot and is used for set up, doesn't create account. The verification link that is sent to emails, when opened from an iPhone, doesn't work. The app, even if you have to create an account and verify it manually on a PC, doesn't recognize existing account, so it won't log on. Via other users on the internet, this has been an unsolved problem for at least 2 years. Customer support was useless. A 15 year old could make a better app.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

My New Best Friend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We got this Shark US - Shark Matrix™ Self Emptying Robot Vacuum and it very quickly became my new best friend. The setup, downloading, installing the App and mapping the area was super easy. It only took the robot two times to recognize the areas. It does great job cleaning both the carpet and the floors. After my grand puppy visits i just have to pick up his toys and then call my buddy to clean up after him. It picks up all the debris he has tracked in as well the dog hair. I love the self emptying feature and I love that I can schedule it to run while i am in another area doing something else... It has quickly become my favorite appliance.I may have to give this as a gift to my son. Great product... i absolutely love it. Cleans way better than expected and is so easy to use. And easy to empty, this is a must have!

My old robot vacuum bit the dust after 4 years. I wanted a self emptying one this time. This vacuum does not disappoint so far! It's already had to empty itself once after cleaning 3 rooms. I didn't clean while I waited for my new one to arrive so I could see just how good it did. So far I am very happy with this purchase. It's not the quietest little thing but neither was my old one. I'm also really impressed with the mapping system. It got my house mapped out on the first try. We did hit a snag with the brush roller already though. I lose a ton of hair and it built up on the roller and caused it to send a warning to unwrap it. But that could be my fault as well since I didn't vacuum for 3 days. I'm hoping this one lasts just as long or longer than my other one.

Great Robot Vacuum

I was hesitant to invest in a robot vacuum as I had one previously of a different brand, however I am extremely satisfied with my new Shark Matrix Self Emptying Robot Vacuum. It does an excellent job cleaning all my hardwood floors. We live in a sandy area and have 2 dogs so it gets a real workout. Since I am a senior citizen, it is wonderful that I don't have to crawl under the bed to vacuum!
