I bought mine last month and LOVE it! Sharkie is amazing. So easy to use and makes cleaning effortless.

Really picks up and saves me time

I bought this about one month ago. I initially did not want a self emptying robot, but I am so happy and pleased that I did. It can vacuum my living, dining, laundry and 1/2 bath rooms without my having to worry if it is getting clogged

Loved the Self-Empty Bin

I only had this Shark for a few days and I returned it. I wanted to like it. Sadly it just couldn’t perform. My cleaning area is under 1000sf of total hardwood and this robot had to recharge 3 times before it could finish. I’ve had several Neatos and another Shark, this one just couldn’t handle the job! I did love the self-emptying bin, though!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Better than others

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this can pick up pet hair, as we foster and can have up to 15 pets at once in the house. I really like that this seems to follow a logical pattern, vs random that our other robotic vacuum does.

Love our Shark! We named her Baby Shark. We have two dogs one a border Colllie/Blue Healer and one Terrier and they SHED!! Baby Shark picks up all that dog hair. She’s incredible. We replaced our Roomba with Baby Shark and this one does such a better job. Love the auto emptying feature! Great product.

Great for homes with pets.

This is my forth sharkclean robot. I still use the older units for other locations. It picks up the dog hair, we have 6 dogs. Before we would have to vacuum daily.
The side release on the matrix is not placed well being on the backside by the wall. The top button was better.
