I love it, but...

I purchased this vacuum robot in NJ 1 month ago and I am loveling it. Just a problem, I live in Brazil and the app doesn't work outside the USA and Canada, I'm very upset about it.

Smart Cleaning Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is amazing. It was easy to assemble as there were only about 4 parts. Setting up the charging dock was super easy, just plug into wall. It did take a bit longer than I expected to charge but it was set, it was a breeze. Signing up for the app was super easy as well.
Once we got the robot charged, the explore scan took place. I had to monitor it a bit because we have a staircase that I didn't want it to go down. But it got my floor pretty accurately.

Can’t live without it

my old shark quit working so I was sent a new one and I couldn’t be happier. Having a dog that sheds makes this machine in dispensable. I can’t tell you how much I love it.

House never fully cleaned

The vac itself is fine although the "trap" door for the roller brush is too tight and I have get a flat tool to open it. The worst thing though the scheduler on the app won't allow more than an hour clean. It programs the rest of the starting the clean over again which means some of the house is never cleaned.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Take the knob off

I love the shark the older one because this one can't go under many of my things that the other one did so I had to send it back

Works good, but disappointed overall

Frustrating that the vacuum stops frequently with error message "brushroller is stuck". No obvious debris in the brushroller. Also, vacuum is very noisy when in operation.

It's ok but not as great as the first model I had

I really like the first one I had , that had two brushes and would go under my end tables and furniture.... The peace thats on top of the new one will not allow it to go under places like the first model i had!
