Better than the iRobot by leaps and bounds, this vacuum is hands down the best one out there.

I initially named this device 'Shark Matrix' in my app but changed it to 'Puck' because it has so much more personality than imagined. This machine is INCREDIBLE! I have a Shark upright and also has the fab no-hair-wrap feature, which is why I bought this. It just plain works. I can sit at my desk and vacuum specific rooms throughout my house. So much fun. The animals watch it suck up all their hair and dragged in dirt. They are not afraid. I appreciate the self-empty feature so much. I had a different brand before, and it kept getting hung up around the house (area rugs), so I donated it to charity. Puck is smarter. I will be getting Puck 2 for my downstairs soon. Maybe I'll call it 'dos'.

The Shark helps me keep up with all the dog hair my two Golden Retrievers happily leave over the main floor of our home.

Dumbest robot vacuum ever!

This machine is absolutely awful! It is supposed to be ai and know what is around it. It runs into and over EVERYTHING!!!
It is almost completely useless. It runs over and gets bound up on every cord, laundry, towel, rug… literally everything. I hate it with a passion! We paid more for the Shark brand and got the dumbest robot vacuum we’ve ever had.

IM IN LOVE WITH THIS ROBOT

It’s so eficiente, the battery life during so long, is so easy to use and programming, no problems with the noise level, cleans carpets and hard floors. ITS PERFECT.

Great for household with pets

Works well for in-between deeper cleaning! We have two dogs so pet hair is an issue on a daily basis. The Shark Matrix is perfect to help keep the floors maintained.
