[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I want to give it a higher rating but it’s not the most effective at getting every spot on the floors clean when sending the robot out to a certain room. The battery dies pretty fast for me so half way through the clean it needs to return to the base. Other than that it’s a fun device and helps with cleaning but it’s not as effective as I thought.

Setup was easy — took about 15 minutes to connect to Wi-Fi and map the house using the SharkClean app. The self-emptying feature is a game-changer; I only have to empty the base every month or so, which is great because I have two cats who shed constantly. It cleans in a methodical grid pattern, which makes a big difference compared to my old random-pattern robot vacuum. Suction is strong and picks up pet hair, litter, and even crumbs from carpets and hard floors. The obstacle detection works well, though it occasionally struggles with thin cords or small toys. It’s a little noisy, especially when it self-empties, but that’s a small price for the convenience.

Too Loud

This robot came as a replacement to my other Shark robot vacuum that was starting to malfunction. This new one, however, is so loud! Way louder than my other one. Drives my husband nuts!

Love my Sharky

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new best friend, Sharky. I love him so much. He gets all the tiny crumbs and stray hairs. He is very efficient and leaves no corner untouched. He is very focused and will make sure he follows the mapping plan. His battery life is great and when he is done cleaning he returns to the base all on his own. He’s very smart and super dependable. He is a little noisy but that’s his only flaw.

My favorite robot vacuum so far!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband named this robot vacuum Mr. Shark, but it really should be Mr. Rosie from the Jetsons. I am in LOVE with this robot. It fits nicely under our foyer table. It’s taller than the Roomba so it never gets stuck under our couch. It has an obstacle detector, so it goes around. I haven’t seen if it’ll go around accidentally dog droppings yet. We mapped the house, so the robot can go directly to a room and clean it. My husband loves that it makes clean lines in every room. It had a quiet mode so you can actually talk while it’s running. At the end, it sucks up into the holder for you to clean up after several runs. I really really like this vacuum. Thank you, Mr. Shark!!!!

Works great but my old robots app allowed more options. Such as when replacement parts were needed. It is much quite than my rumba.

Durable vacuum

I’ve had the robot vac for a few years now. I like it at lot. We just bought a self-emptying model as a gift. What I don’t like is the app, it loses the schedule and/or mapping at least once a year. The stop or start app buttons are unreliable.
If the robot has an issue I get an alert, why doesn’t it tell me where it is? All the gos tech going to waste.
