This was a replacement from Shark for my older model. It is extremely louder than my previous model. Don't plan on being in the same room it's vacuuming because it's annoying. It does a decent job of cleaning however nothing outstanding..
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This was a replacement for an older model. I really like this one better. The mapping system I think was way better for our needs. It truly seems to work better and more efficiently. I do like Matrix clean and spot clean. Had a spill on the carpet 1 minute later in was spot cleaned.

Doesn’t connect with 5G and is not on the description,
It only vacuum if it passes on top of the dirt - it doesn’t have brushes that pull
The dirt in the suction—- I move from i robot - I am going back-
No more shark for me

This replaced our previous IQ. This is incredible to say the least! Extremely happy with this unit. 2 dogs and a cat in our home and his is the best investment I have made in our house since building it!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I did not have a cell phone to get the Shark set up but went as far as I could and then called one of your agents for help. He walked thru it with me and I was so excited when I pressed and it went on its first cycle thruout my home. I love it! Cleaned my house so fast and thoroughly I was estatic. It performed so quitely that at one point I got up, thinking it must have gotten stuck somewhere. It was just that quiet and cleaning good! When it automatically dumps it is done quickly and a little noisy. I love it!
I would recommend this to a friend!
