Best vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this vacuum, the only thing that I have to do is empty the container and it does the rest. It cleans my carpet and my other floors with no problems. If you looking for a great vacuum you need to get this one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a working adult, I am always looking for ways to make keeping my home clean easier and quicker. The Shark Matrix robot cleaner does just that! The set up of the robot in the app was simple. The cleaning ability of the robot is great. It does really well on all of my hard floors, I have four dogs, and this robot does a great job cleaning up after them! The self emptying feature is my favorite feature, so I don’t have to constantly be emptying the robot itself. It lets me skip emptying a few times. In addition to cleaning well, the outside design is also very nice, stylish and modern. Amazing vacuum!

First Robo-vacuum and it is great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have only ever used a traditional vacuum cleaner so I was not sure what to expect going in. I am moderately good with tech and that is important as an app is required to set this thing up. It unboxes and plugs in very quickly and easily. One piece must be snapped onto the vacuum otherwise it is ready to go out of the box. The app was easy to find and download and the process to connect took a few minutes but was very clean and easy to follow. Within 10 minutes I had the vacuum hooked up to my phone and scanning my house. You can schedule it to run certain times and divide your house into zones on the schedule as well. Very user friendly and should save me some time and effort! My house isn't that big so I am only saving myself 10-15 minutes of vacuuming but that adds up and hopefully it will last long enough to see me in a larger home.

I’ve had an older robot vacuum for many years using it less and less as time went on. It was loud and inconsistent so I’d gone back to my traditional vacuum. In comes the Shark Matrix…
Set up was a breeze. The unit took about 30 minutes and mapped our home. After that, we set it off on its maiden voyage. She cleaned like a charm, returning once to the dock to “unload” all the dirt and dog hair.
We now have it programmed to run at night, and although I hear it click on, it isn’t loud enough to keep me up. It does a great job getting into the corners and the technology keeps it running smoothly and not with the jerky back-and-forth movements. This truly is a smart robot machine.
We’ve not yet had to empty it, but have removed the bin and it is very easy to do.
I strongly recommend this upgrade if you’re considering it. The convenience and thorough clean is well worth it.

They have images and step by step lists on how to activate the vacuum as well as instructions on how to maintain it. It does not take up too much space and I feel comfortable having this vacuum around. It is easy to use and there is not a lot of work required. Very durable and sturdy. Love the fact that it can detect walls or any obstacles.

It has incredible suction power and works great on multiple surfaces such as carpets or hardwood floors. I personally have two long haired cats who constantly shed and this vacuum works wonders on pet hair and dander. With Matrix Clean, the robot vacuum cleans using a precision grid taking multiple passes over dirt and debris for deep cleaning coverage. The robot vacuum empties itself into a bag less, self emptying base that holds up to 45 days of dirt and debris, It even has a self-cleaning brushroll that is engineered to pick up more hair and is anti-hair wrap. I was blown away with the technology and ease of use. Everything from small pieces of dirt, dog hair to piles of dirt. It was so simple to unbox and get it up and running. I love the sleek design and that it can maneuver around furniture. It is so quite and I can control it with an app. Hands down the best robot vacuum out there. It also self empties. Amazing product
