A must have in every home

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Definitely a must have in every home. After the easy and quick set with the app the Shark Matrix is a dream to have. Saves us time by setting a schedule for it to clean when we want it or on the spot deep or a light cleaning. Works great and I don’t have to worry about sweeping every week. Definitely recommend this for everyone to help out with their chores.

Great vacuum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great little vacuum. Very compact in size but huge cleaning power. Simple to set and use. Docks and empties itself automatically so you have no worries for over a month just empty the docking center and your done.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow this vacuum exceeded my expectations. This was my first time using a robot vacuum and it didn't disappoint. The vacuum comes with a base, this base is where the vacuum releases the stuff it picked up once it's done vacuuming. The set up took some time but it wasn't difficult. The shark app is easy to navigate and the instructions are very helpful. The app allows you to set up the mapping of the rooms and you're able to control the vacuum settings.I have a dog that sheds and this vacuum picked up the dog fur along with dust and other particles. I was extremely impressed by the vacuum and how powerful it was to vacuum. This robot vacuum is definitely a must in any household. If a room isn't mapped on the app, you're still able to use the vacuum by pressing the clean button on the actual vacuum. Overall, it's such a useful gadget.

fun robot vacuum!

For my first robot vacuum I love being able to use an app on my phone to control it, letting it clean just a certain area is really nice as well. it's not super loud which is nice. it seems to avoid obvious objects, but has a harder time with wires/charging cords so it did get caught up once or twice. best to clear the area fairly well before letting it run. having the storage bin is super nice as to not have to constantly empty it out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this robot vacuum recently (the first time I’ve tried a robot vacuum), and wow, I love it. Easy is the word that comes to mind immediately with this thing: it was easy to unpackage/set up, easy to install the app, it’s easy to program “routes”, and it’s easy to clean out when it’s done. On top of the ease of use, it does a great job cleaning our floors, and has no problem with our numerous transitions from hardwood to rugs and vice versa. As a new parent who doesn’t always have to time to run a manual vacuum, this thing is a massive time and effort-saver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted this because I’m tired of spending so much time cleaning up after myself and my guests. This vacuum is better than anything I’ve ever seen! It is efficient, relatively quiet, and does a better job than me at covering the entire floor — it never misses a spot. I would highly recommend for anyone who doesn’t have the time to clean, or is too exhausted and needs some help.
