[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was super easy to set up ,Very self explanatory. Once charged it has a long battery life. It cleans all surfaces very well. Its very quiet as well. It's pet friendly and doesn't get stuck in corners and redirects quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This vacuum is absolutely impressive, lots of great features. Let’s start from the packaging, very minimalistic but it does a great job of keeping it safe during travel and delivery. The second part is the unit itself. Very easy to follow the instructions on putting it together and it seems very well built. There are minimal parts but it seems like eventually the spinning piece and the vacuum filter will be replaced, but it is not as much. The set up via the application is very simple and it even gives you ideas on names like Sharkira!! The initial run does the mapping and boy oh boy does the LiDAR do a fast and great job mapping out your area. Much faster than another robot vacuum people have. The vacuum itself is fast and quieter than other self emptying robot vacuums or a normal vacuum. The suction is fantastic when emptying the bin and isn’t very loud. The emptying of the bin is easy just take out the bin and put it over the trash can to click the button to empty!! I would highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a way to ease your cleaning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have two dogs and two cats at my house and really needed this vacuum. I need to vacuum everyday and this does a great job. The set-up was quick and easy to do in no time. I have two large area rugs and the robot has had no problems maneuvering on and off of it. It works great for pet hair and would highly recommend!!!! Overall, I am very happy with this Shark!

It cleans great and then goes back to empty out. It even cleaned my area rug in the room. It is kind of loud when emptying but other than that it is fantastic

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I didn't think Id need all the fancy features from a robo vacuum but this one does quite a bit! This supports auto mapping and no go zones to customize the space you want to vacuum. It also works well in the dark, thanks to LIDAR tech. And supports scheduling so I'm able to run this little guy at night while I'm sleeping! Bravo Shark!

What a time saver, never having to vacuum again. After setting up the Matrix, it goes on its own. Best part it does not need to be emptied every day. Leave it for a little over a month. What a great idea. Self cleaning, absolutely wonderful.
