Vibration PLate

I've never used a vibration plate before and I've only had the plate for about a week so it's too early to tell if there are any measurable benefits. I've used it a couple of times on the lowest setting and it works well. The plate looks to be well built, has options to customize to your liking. Couple of minor things that I am not too fond of. Every time you scroll through the settings it gives off a loud beep. I don't like it. No volume control and no way to turn the beeping off. Also, there doesn't seems to be a way to program the plate to remember your favorite workout settings so you have to make the selections every time you turn it on. Otrherwise, so far so good.

Great….until it fails

Love the product for the whopping 10 days that it worked. In the middle of workout last evening it just cut out…no power, no nothing… the troubleshooting recommendations were not helpful.
