I love my vibration plate, I cannot get enough of it, I'm on it every day for about 25 minutes, not all in one go. I've been teaching Pilates for over 30 years, I do Ariel yoga and swim, and cycle, my lmphatic system is compromised so hoping this helps!

Don't go for the cheaper versions. This does everything and with a lifetime warranty, no need to worry. Comes with bands and pulls. Ready to use out of the box. Brilliant product.
