I'm still learning how to use it. I have been using it every day since I received it 2 weeks ago.
I'm not good with instructions so taking my time.
It's very pretty and feels well made.
I'm looking forward to trying it all out as I learn to follow the instructionsl.
I had some questions and I text and called and received a very speedy response. Great company to deal with. The only reason I gave it just 3 stars is because I have'ntt tried out all the options but I will come back and review again when I do.

I have tried other vibration plates and this is the first time I actually feel a difference! It is really big and offers various settings, which I love!

Loving it, but would love easier support access

I bought this plate to help with neuropathy and lymphedema following cancer treatment. So far, it is helping with both and I am look forward to my time on it.
Unfortunately, the 'how-to' book it came with has several typos and is unclear on some of the features. I have tried to access the portal online to find settings information, but to no avail.
