A Few Days Workouts

After only a few days, it is as expected. Works well. Solid build. Nothing is a miracle but with a bit of effort, this device really does help build strength while lessening pain and stiffness. No wonder so many poeple are using these.

Great Health Booster

My wife and I have been using the Rumblex 4D for around a year. It has helped us both with joint and muscle pain. Both of us are starting to have hip/knee arthritis and the vibration therapy brings relief. We like it so much we gave a relative one for a gift.
I am going through vestilbular rehab after brain tumor surgery and I recently discovered that doing the motions while on the Rumblex seems to make the head and eye movements more effective.

Great addition to any gym!

I just received my 4D vibration plate and have only used it once (for 30 minutes) and am already loving it! I definitely feel that my muscles have been "worked" but not overly so. Looking forward to doing various exercises and seeing the results that I am hoping for! The machine is super quiet, perfect in size for me to be able to even sit on it, and easy to move around if needed.
