Just purchase this and took it out of the box. Turned it on and seems to work great. My legs feel rejuvenated after 10 mins. I will have to update my review at a later date. ☺️

I purchased a vibration plate in hopes of it helping with my fibromyalgia, and it is too soon to know if it will help much, but I am enjoying getting acquainted with the machine.

I love the variation of speed and directions. I get bad joint pain from inflamation, especially in the mornings. Sometimes my ankles hurt so bad it is hard to get down the stairs. For the last two weeks, I have started my mornings by sitting in a chair and using this machine with my feet on it. 10 min later the pain is gone and I can go about my day. I then stand on it later in the day after my workout. It has been a game changer.
