Its so relaxing. I use it when I wake up and before bed. I've also had a very hard time activating my abs when working out because I'm so weak, but I actually feel my muscles working when I focus on contracting them.

I just got my Rumblex Max 4D Vibration Plate and used it for the 1st time. I can’t wait to see how I feel after a month. My friend got one and I noticed such a difference with her mental attitude and less physical pain after one month that I decided I needed one.

I primarily wanted a vibration plate to help with bone density (I have osteoporosis). So far, I am using the pulsating feature for this. This setting feels like the much pricier vibration plate at my chiropractor's office.

Promising Start for Lipedema Treatment

I purchased the Humble Max Life Pro Fitness Vibration Plate mainly to help with my lipedema treatment. So far, I’m enjoying it and find it easy to use. It will take some time to see noticeable results and fully evaluate its effectiveness, but I’m optimistic.

I’ve been using the LifePro RumblexMax Vibration Plate for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed with how much it’s added to my fitness and recovery routine. I bought it hoping to improve circulation and reduce muscle soreness after workouts, and it has exceeded my expectations.
