My husband just opened a week after Christmas we were not home . We both tried it and used 3 times so far. My husbands back feels better. He has issues and really feels it helps. I work out a fair amount but will say I love how I feel after. We will continue using for positive affects!

I needed something to get me moving in the morning that wasn't too intense. I don't like to exercise, this is different. I feel motivated to get up and turn it on. Whether I decide to simply do some stretches or light strength training is up to me every time I turn it on. I like this freedom. I am looking forward to trying out the resistance bands in the future.

Love my Rumblex Max!

I have been using my vibration plate since December 1924 and I have seen perceptible toning in my arms legs and whole body, I believe it has helped my balance. I'm hoping it helps my osteoporosis. I am very happy with my purchase.
