I can’t give a review yet since I haven’t started using it but my friend likes hers and her grandson said it is helping him—he has long COVID. I’m hoping it will help with lymphatic drainage as I have problems due to MECFS and Fibromyalgia.

Just bought my vibration plate

Can't wait to get started. Have many mobility issues. Hoping to get some help dealing with my limitations and maybe help rehab myself to a life with better mobility. Hoping to be able to put some miles on my bicycle this coming summer. Here's hoping. Wish me luck.
