I received the Rumblex Max 4D and could tell as soon as I got it out of the box that this was a sturdy, high-quality piece of exercise equipment. I've been using it for a little over a week now, and getting familiar with the programs and various settings. I’m impressed with everything so far. At first, I’ve been testing for help with relieving muscle soreness (especially after gym workouts) and stiffness in the mornings. Even though I’ve been going slowly and using the low-intensity settings thus far, I can tell it works … and I really look forward to jumping on it and using it each time (it’s fun, and feels good) … I’m excited to see continued progress from here!

Just getting started on the vibration plate, which I purchased for both improvement in bone density since I was diagnosed with osteoporosis and lymphatic drainage. It feels nice and I hope it will be effective.

I’ve been using this vibration plate for a while now and honestly it’s been a great addition to my routine. It’s easy to use, doesn’t take up much space, and gives a surprisingly good workout feeling in just a few minutes. I especially like using it after long days because it helps my legs feel more relaxed and active. The different vibration levels are nice, and it feels sturdy and well made. Overall, I’m happy with it and would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple way to stay active at home.
