Wow. I thought using this would take for ever to feel the effects, but I only used it for 3 minutes on the easiest setting and I actually felt some effects. It seems to be working muscles I forgot existed.

Vibration changed my prognosis

I am 75 years old and I have continued to dance with an world class pro in ballroom. I have arthritis in my feet and a damaged posterior tibialis tendon. The plate plus daily therapeutic exercises keeps me pain free as I dance. Without the plate, the pain returns.

I wasn’t sure at first but so far so good. I started with 10 min and will work my way up from there. It says not to use it for more than 30 min a day. It’s fairly heavy so depending on your age and strength that might be a deal breaker. Looking forward to exploring this new fitness tool.

I just got the Rumblex Max 4D as a gift recently, so I don't have a lot of feedback yet. However, I am enjoying it so far and it seems like a solid piece of quality equipment.

Great for my clogged Lymphatic System

Used it for 2 days and it completely helped to drain my clogged lymphatic system. Can’t wait to see what using the plate daily can do. Oh and within 1 hour it moved my bowel system as well.

LIFEPRO RumbleMax

I recently purchased two platforms, the RumbleMax and the Waver Vibration plates. I prefer the RumbleMax as it is larger and I absolutely prefer it over the Waver. But don’t get me wrong, both are great. I just prefer a larger platform.
You can’t go wrong with any of its products.
