New user, I am using this product as a beginner and to help strengthen my legs for my weight loss journey (currently at 410 lbs at 6’4”) 58 years old and out of shape. I only gave 3 stars because I just got it and have only used it twice. I have a lot of joint pain and hopefully this device will help ease pain and discomfort, I do feel a little better after using so I feel like more long term use might provide better benefits. Would love to give more feedback in about 3 months!
