Loving it, but would love easier support access

I bought this plate to help with neuropathy and lymphedema following cancer treatment. So far, it is helping with both and I am look forward to my time on it.
Unfortunately, the 'how-to' book it came with has several typos and is unclear on some of the features. I have tried to access the portal online to find settings information, but to no avail.

Tried several other vibration plates, but none close to that of my LifePro

Game Changer!

I purchased a less expensive vibration plate about 2 mos ago & this one blows it out of the water. The Rumblex Max 4D definitely has the Made in USA quality & sturdiness, and I love the fact that you stand behind your product (lifetime warranty). This has helped me tremendously with my lymphedema from Breast Cancer and pain from Fibromyalgia. I highly recommend this for everyone!

Love my vibration machine

I call her the booty shaker! She's amazing! Helps with lymphatic draining but I workout often on it by doing squats. I love that it's lifetime warranty!!! The one I had several years ago stopped vibrating well and I called the company and because we registered it we were sent a brand new one free of charge. We are VERY grateful because I use this off and on and I was finally on for about 3 weeks everyday and then it stopped. It shipped out fast and I'm back to going again!
