I love the size of this vibration plate, along with all of its capabilities. It is high quality and will accommodate my needs at my current beginner level and still be useful as my level progresses.

I have only used the vibration plate 4 times so I cannot say if it has helped or not. The machine is sturdy and appears to be of good quality. It is a unique experience and am hoping it helps me.
