Purchased my vibration plate from Lifepro and was so excited to use! However upon opening I believe it is used. The one workout band to attach to the plate was stretched out a little compared to the other as well as the screen of the vibration plate was scratched and scuffed up.

I have been using this for about a week. 15 minutes a day. It seems to be helping with my back and joint pain. I will conto use it and hope for more results.
