New addition to my Wellness Stack

Easy to use. Set up straight out of the box, just plug in and turn it on. Only had it a few days, but I like the many options and combinations of vibrations and directions of movement. I am learning how to use it to enhance my health. The booklet that comes with it is helpful in explaining what each mode or preset workout does. It has some exercises to get started and comes with resistance bands for arms/shoulders and legs and a removable pad you can place under the unit as a buffer for sound from the vibrations or use it as a pad on the floor or on the deck itself. It also has suction cups to keep it stationary when on hard surfaces. Seems like a solid unit. Ready to learn it's full functional capabilities and how it influences my health.
