Only had it for a few days, but in those few days, it really feels like the lifepro vibration plate is making a huge difference in how I feel when I go to sleep and when I wake up. I'm excited to see how I feel in a week, a month even!

Received our life pro vibration plate and have used it a handful of times! It is so sturdy even for my 20+ year-old boys! So many different options to use on the plate! I’m excited to try them all!

I've only had my Rumblex Max 4D Plate for about a week so it's still too early to judge in my opinion, but I am forced to write a review to register my plate. I am a breast cancer survivor who had a total of 6 lymph nodes removed and I can say it helps with reducing the bloat in my belly. Jury is still out in whether it helps with joint pain from being in a medication induced menopause but I am hopeful.
