Vibration plates are all over the internet right now but I carefully did research to select the right model for me. My woes include: Peri-menopause, some runner’s knee aches and hip/low back stiffness (aging as gracefully as possible! LOL). Ive been using the 4D Max model for a few days and I’m not only feeling a physical difference but my sleep is better. Quality product, well made and most importantly- I feel safe using it!

I've only hay my lifepro 4D rumblemax for a few days and even though I workout often before I got it, and I'm sore from using it!
It feels like I'm toning up more already and I can feel better circulation in my legs already!
