I work at a Neuro rehab clinic and utilize whole body vibration as part our therapy program.
We stand all patients on the system with plenty of help. Even those with quads and paraplegia enjoy the benefits of vibration.

My whole family loves it!

Its so relaxing. I use it when I wake up and before bed. I've also had a very hard time activating my abs when working out because I'm so weak, but I actually feel my muscles working when I focus on contracting them.
