I have had the Rumblex almost a year and use it regularly. At 84 it helps when weather outside is not good for walking. I’m sure it helps circulation in my legs.

I've been using the Rumblex Max 4D vibration plate for a few weeks, particularly after an intense leg day at the gym and it has significantly reduced my recovery time. I really can't believe the difference it makes. I still need to explore it more for workouts as I've only done a few things with it so far, but they did feel different, more effective than without the plate. I'm looking forward to learning more on optimal usage for my needs.

Looks Good and Operates Well

I just got the vibration plate so I have not done a ton exercising on it. However, so far, it is operating as described. The only problem was that it did not come with the exercise mat.

I appreciate the easy to read material/direction.
The product is simple to use, I haven't had it long enough to test results but I noticed immediately that it makes me itchy!

I was really excited to get the equipment.
I appreciated all the easy to read material/directions.
The machine is simple and efficient, I haven't had it long enough to see results.
I wasnt warned before hand but the machine does make me itch as a side effect.
