We just received it. 5 stars for now. Got it running. Used each manual mode for about 5 minutes. Favorite mode so far is "H" mode for me and "U" mode for my bride. Have not used it enough yet to see if it is really beneficial.

So far this has been amazing! I am on a routine now, I jump on in the morning when I wake up and then again before bed. I can feel a difference in my energy levels throughout out the day and I am sleeping better than I have in a very long time. So happy I came across this item
