Easy to use!

So far I love the ease of it. I scanned how to use it and that QR code on the box isn't working so I'm trying to figure it out on my own. Once I do I'm hoping to give it 5 stars. It's easy to use but I don't know which program is best for what I'm looking for. I'd like a better description of that.

I bought this to use after my usual gym workout. I am also using it on the alternate days that I don’t go to the gym. So far I am really enjoying it. Both my husband and I are using it for knee and back pain hoping it will help.

I have only had the Rumblex for a week. So far, I absolutely love it. I have Lipedema and Lymphedema. I am starting out slow, 3 minutes 2 times a day, sitting on a chair with feet on plate. Today is first day standing. This has been gentle on my painful body. Will incorporate more things as I go.

Fibromyalgia!!

I got the board to try and help with my Fibromyalgia. I've only had it for a week but so far I was definitely scared it was gonna make me sore and it hasn't at all. I've took it slow and on low but my knees already don't feel as achy as they usually do. So I'm very hopeful with continued use I'll be able to up my athletic abilities.
