I'm loving my Rumblexmax 4D vibration plate. It maximizes my workout routine but has the bonus of giving me some relief of a painful hip joint. I'm in a physical therapy program to help with hip arthritis by addressing muscle imbalances. The PT thought a vibration plate might be beneficial when I suggested interest in using one. It does seem to be helping in only a few days of use. I'm so pleased with this vibration plate!
