Very high quality! Just got it and only used it a few times. But already feeling some benefits on a couple sore joints from my years of working! I would of given it a five, but I've only had it a week!

Just Starting But I’m Impressed

I thought about getting a vibration plate for a couple of years until I finally bought this one. I wasn’t sure if it would be another item I had high hopes for but didn’t quite meet expectations or if it would be another fitness/wellness product that took up wanted space over time.
Although I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks, I thoroughly enjoy using this Vibration Plate. I look forward to building up my usage time & expanding the ways in which I exercise on it.
Lifepro as a brand has consistently brought items to the marketplace that are durable, high-quality, functional, and aim to improve overall health and wellness. The brand reputation did point me toward this company. And I am impressed with my latest purchase of the 4D Rumblex Max Vibration Plate. Thank you, Lifepro.

Tension relief

I am still new at it, but so far I enjoy the tension relief I am getting. I also allow my kids to do a few minutes. I am looking forward to enjoying the workouts.

I was in the process of moving. Just unpacked it last night turned it on, now its not working. Don't know why.
