Easy to set up. This item is sold and seems very high quality. It is much quieter than I expected. I feel the vibrations all over, but dont feel like I am going to fall off the plate. It's a good size, not too big or too small. Happy so far.

this is my second I have two homes and I have one at each residence. I use them for warm-up before I play pickle ball. I use them for exercising when I’m at home and I use them for cool down. Can’t imagine not having one.

Still awaiting a response from the support team regarding two concerns. 1. massage gun that was on the invoice has not been received. 2. a wheel fell off because a pin is missing. I hope they can just send the pin for easy insertion. I hope it's a spring pin. I will be glad to review again once support has resolved these problems.
