Just getting started. Very secure footing and a good workout. Mainly using for improving bone density, so I probably won’t know for a while its success. Meanwhile it feels good working the muscles.

Only arrived yesterday so only been on twice, good quality and like the instructions. Only tithing I would recommend is if you could give guidance on which setting is good for which scenario. Ie if you want lymphatic drainage use this , is targeting more muscle density use this setting

i bought the Rumblex 4D Vibration Plate and the first one they sent was broken. I just got the replacement and it works. I literally have used it once but need to understand how to operate it which i will do with more time. Hoping i love the purchase

I use it about 3x/week. All the modes are good and each day something different provides a different benefit. I feel calmer and know this helps with lymphatic drainage. Win win.

Worth the upgrade

I had a cheap vibration plate that I returned after only a couple days as it was small and didn’t feel durable. I got my rumblex today and am really impressed. First of all it is a beast. There is a reason why it has rollers. The reward is a really sturdy piece of equipment. The base is solid enough to do dips off without feeling like it will break. The side to side mode felt amazing on my low back. The handled bands are a disappointment-there is t enough tension in it for my size-I’m 5’8” and it’s useless for bicep curls. I may try different bands that I own and hand weights would also be fine. The rest of the setup is top notch. It comes with an additional yoga mat piece that rests on the plate. I like to workout barefoot and so I really like this additional layer. Lastly, I can’t believe how quiet this thing is for how much it’s working! Highly recommend for an efficient workout and a piece of equipment that feels like it will last years.
