I was introduced to the vibration plate by a coworker. I love it. The release and relaxation in my whole body was perfect. I had to have one! Did a little research and for Lifepro 4D Max. I’ve used it every day if not twice a day.

Totally impressed with my new Lifepro Rumble Max 4D vibration plate. It’s so easy to get started, no gym membership needed and the machine is there whenever I need it. I’m now looking forward to happy workout days in the future

I have used this vibration plate for awhile now and I love it. I feel it really helps relax the tight muscles and relive pain. I can feel it open up the lymph system.
