I only got the Max plate a couple days ago but I have already benefited. I am using it to wake up my body in the morning with some stretches. I have used it to reduce soreness after a mountain hike. I have also used it to relax tense muscles.
Hopefully, as my body gets used to the vibration plate, I will start adding more exercises and strengthen my core.
