Bought it less than a month ago and I’m not impressed. I was buying a different brand but decided to see what the hype was about. The fan has gotten progressively louder and no the filter is not clogged. It started getting louder by day 3 in a room that already filters running. The night mode needs attention as the low light is still a light and annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I run it in auto and it is quiet and sensitive; if someone smokes in the same room, it goes to full speed until the air is clean again. You control it with a remote, you can also download the Dyson app and control it remotely that way. The design works like an air ejector by using a small fan to entrain a large volume of air through the elliptical ring.
