This is my first ever pro controller. From my experience this controller immediately changed my game play for the better. When I try and use a stock ps5 controller it feels so foreign. Ergonomics are amazing. Biggest complaint is there are no instructions in English. It would be nice to know how to re map your buttons and use all the functions. Nacon definitely fell short on this. So I've a controller that feels great, but I don't know how to use all the functions of the controller.

The controller is well built and works great! My only problem is it did not come with a operators manual in english and the online manual is minimal at best as far as explaining the features of the controller. Time will tell if the no drift stick feature is worth the price but if it is it could be the only controller you need. Just give us a better more indepth manual on all features and it is a 5 out of 5 stars!

Well tried to get a new dongle for my controller and here's the response I got. After they tried to tell me they don't sell this controller on there U.S. store.
Thank you for reaching out to us. We do not offer the dongle which you would need to connect your controller to the PS5, and do not have any information on dongles from other companies which would be compatible.

Too expensive for the lack of features, ergonomics

I am middle aged and have small hands. I find the PS5 controller to have poor ergonomics so I’ve been trying 3rd party controllers. I would have been able to tolerate the the price but this controller falls just short like the Victrix did with the poorly placed and shaped L2 and R2 triggers. There is a big bulge behind the controller that pushes your middle finger far away from your pointer, and the bottom of the tiggers stick way out so you have to reach them. It just makes playing for a length of time very uncomfortable. I’ve been looking for an Xbox/Switch Pro style controller and this falls short.

ridiculous waste of my time CANNOT DEAL

first of all, the mac OS software DOES NOT WORK at all. it doesnt load, it fails everytime you try to unzip the file. you can not download the software on mac. What i HAD to do, was download parallels to download the windows file. Well, after i FINALLY accomplished that and installed windows 11. I finally start to update the controller. THEN it disconnects with out me touching it and now the entire controller is bricked. It will not turn on, it will not do anything. All of this wasted time for no reason. I am so frustrated. I spent hours doing this and now the controller just will not turn on even plugged into my playstation, its ridiculous how THIS MUCH of an oversight could happen. How is it that NO PERSON tested unplugging the controller mid update, WHY WOULD THIS BRICK THE CONTROLLER? WHY? YOUVE WASTED SO MUCH OF MY TIME. (also why do you care so much if i use an adblocker?) ridiculous.
