This controller by far is much better than any other pro controller I have bought. The input timing is much quicker with the buttons on this controller than my other controllers. Especially when it comes to mortal kombat, I’m able to actually do full combos without pressing two directions on the d-pad at the same time. I really enjoy the paddles on the handle parts. If you have bigger hands and have tried the series 2 and dual sense edge I recommend this controller for sure. The analogs stick feel premium and the textured triggers are an added touch. Only thing I wish it had is mouse click triggers. I feel like the negative reviews didn’t actually use the software on their pc and set up profiles. I haven’t tried it for FPS or RPG games yet. But, I’m sure it will be just as good on those as it is with the arcade fighting settings. The software program is in English and the tutorial will tell you about most of the controller features. I recommend giving this controller a try, I don’t mind not having the haptic triggers or vibration, because I don’t play games that need to use it.

Genuinely a really good product, was deciding between this and a PlayStation dual sense edge controller and decided on this one hoping it to be the better product. Took 2 days getting used to the differently placed left hand thumb stick but other than that it feels really nice when I hold it in my hand compared to a regular playstation 5 controller. I would highly recommend this to a friend or player wishing to buy an elite controller

It's a winner with a couple caveats for some

It is a great controller with caveats. If you are looking for PS5 vibration or other first party features like waking the console. You aren't getting here.
That being said this is a "pro" controller. I never purchased a pro controller wanting vibration in fact I usually pay extra to remove the motors if it's an option.
The short and sweet, it's fast and has a noticeably higher level of accuracy. You need the software to adjust it out of the box. The default presets for the sticks are horrible configurations. Keep it simple, linear curves on both sticks. You can save a profile with sensitivity+ turned on for both sticks and one with it off. It's basically raw mode which you will see if you do a circularity test on gamepad tester.
Play with both settings and see which one feels better for you. Most guns in CoD seem to be more accurate for me with sensitivity+ off. Your aim is a bit slower like that, but I find the trade off worth it so far. Sniping and no scoping I like that setting on, for some reason it seems more accurate on the quick flicks.
The Hall Effect triggers when set to the fastest setting are super quick. I feel like they are faster than mouse click even. I have other controllers with mouse click and for some reason it just feels faster.
Nacon Wishlist:
-Ability to adjust the default inner deadzone (if there is one, I haven't seen any information on this)
-Ability to adjust Max Deadzone (not clear if you can do this in software)
-Polling rate adjustment, I'd love to see 500hz minimum, but really it should be 1000hz. I know Nacon claims 250hz is fine, but it is 2023 and I pay for premium controllers expecting at least 1000hz.

So far it is solid, haven't really used another controller with hall effect sticks, but this one seems like the most complete package at the moment. At least as far as a premium controller goes.

Your website glitches and doesn't allow me to enter a date of birth in order to register my controller so I'm unable to access the companion system that allows for advanced customization. Additionally, I cannot find a full instruction manual in English so I'm unable to use the controller to it's highest capability. Disappointed would be my overall experience but it could change for the better if I'm able to utilize all of the features of the controller at some point. Looking forward to the mobile app companion getting released.

Great controller

This is a great controller once u get it set up with the app the inly thing id like to see is them sell replacement parts for it i dont see anywhere where you can get replacement joystick caps if the the caps that come with the controller wear out the sticks are super smooth and i dont feel any metal grinding that i have felt with other controllers but if they did offer replacement parts for it that would be bomb

SETTING UP CONTROLLER IS A PAIN

I bought this controller about 4 months ago and I've never been able to use it as it needs a computer to setup and remap buttons. We live in a era where literally everything that you can do on a computer you can do on a smartphone and I find it strange that for a SONY PLAYSTATION ENDORSED controller you need a computer to setup the controller. Why couldn't you setup it up on the the PlayStation? And also not everyone has a computer to setup the controller so least you could have done was create a mobile app that can help setup the controller without the need and use of a computer. I like the controller but it's a pity I've never even got to use it and I regret making the purchase coz I also cannot sell it, people not interested even buying it. WE NEED PHONE APP NACON
