Very disappointed!!!

Been a playstation advocate for 20 yrs and have years of experience with all sorts of controllers so I've been thru it all. Was very excited when I first purchased this controller and although it does feel nice in your hand playing with it is another story. While playing I've encountered a lot of accidental button pressing which I understand can happen with any controller but the fact that the placement of the buttons align with your natural hand placement makes it really difficult. Now this is something I'm willing to compromise but what I can compromise is that after only 2 months of using this controller I have had the worst stick drift I have ever had with a controller for this short amount of time. It has become unplayable. The fact that this isn't a cheap controller I've already have to use my warranty after only 2 months and it's been about a month now and I've had yet to hear back about my warranty as to when I'll get a new one. I wish I can return this and just go back to the PS5 pro edge because atleast it didn't malfunction after 2 months. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Why wouldn't you put on the box you have to have another controller to use this one? This is stupid for the price. I have to manually power on my ps5 and when the option to choose what user comes up I have to use my og ps5 controller. Yall make dumb controllers. I'll be taking this back asap.

The controller itself is amazing! Can you guys make the software available for Android or chromeOS for the rest of us who doesn't have a window or Mac laptop/pc? It'll be super helpful!

I like the controller very much! My only gripe is the S2 and S4 buttons can be easily accidentally press when you grip the controller.

High quality controller

I've only tried this controller with shooting games so far
Pros
This controller feels and looks great.
Sticks are supposed to not develop bad stick drift or at least would be very hard too. That was the main selling point for me and worth the money given how many stick drift controllers I blow through.
Cool light options around stick
4 programmable slots to save custom loadouts on the controller
4 back buttons but the two on the grips I don't use because I always accidentally press those
Sticks are very smooth and precise
8 way d pad feels great
Trigger stop buttons with great battery life
Adjustable controller weights and thumb stick grips...etc with a storage case

Sticks are very smooth and took a lot of getting used too,there's less resistance compared to a regular controller. You're going to have to customize controller settings and change in game settings to adjust
Cannot turn on console using this remote and No vibration/haptics on PS5 games because Sony doesn't allow supposedly
Settings were especially hard to customize for destiny 2 because that game has its own stupid sensitivity and major deadzones going on that counter the controllers setting, but once u finally get them right it's a major upgrade for sure
No app out yet to customize as u play which would have saved me a ton of time and energy.
Instructions are in French and full manual wasn't even released yet. You can find basic English instructions on this website though.
There seems to be a glitch where if my last used PS5 controller is muted and I turn it off to play with this controller it will have this controller on mute and will not undo unless I turn on other controller and make sure it's unmuted then turn this one back on.
