the joy stick wide spread make fingers hurt. should of ran the same look as the dual sense edge d pad should of been top left .. mid game my fingers get tired stretch fingers ...

Nacon does not supply spare parts for any of their controllers. As soon as you have any issue with it after a year, you'll need to purchase a whole new controller.
And they will fail sooner rather than later as all controllers do.
Wasteful and anti-repair attitude by Nacon.
Shop elsewhere.

Am honest review of this controller is at best it has the hall effect sticks. The fact that it can't connect directly to the ps5, lacks vibration and overall feels uncomfortable to hold if you want to make use of the back buttons it's not the best out there. I find myself going back to my normal ps5 controller for my shooters which is specifically why I bought it.

It works with PlayStation 5. No more stick drift, hurray!
It can't wake a PlayStation 5 from sleep. It can't connect with a PlayStation 5 unless you insert their USB wireless stick, or connect a USB cable. The USB C connection on the controller is recessed and very narrow. You have to manage the controller via an app on your phone.
This is the most disappointing controller I've purchased in decades.

Awesome and Insanely Comfortable

Love this controller!
The only "con" I can think of is the lack of haptics/vibrations when using it on PS5. Everything else about this controller is amazing though! I especially can't get over how comfortable it is to hold. Everything about it from the width, texture, and triggers just feels so comfortable and satisfying to hold.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I don't like that to use the normal mode where it's easy to use. An remap buttons. That I have to constantly plug my controller into a pc to update it or my triggers don't work.

Have had this controller for 3 months and ill give my honest review, at first i didnt like the controller since all i did was mess up the settings in the app for customizing. After i understood the app it was beautiful, you can add profiles for wvery different game you have, i have one for warzone, fortnite, apex, gta 5, nfsand way more, you can have the best game experience and best controller feeling, i love the grip it has as well and the weights since i do like my controller on the heavy side. Only bad thing that keeps happenining to me when i bought it is that the nacon thumbstick keeps popping off on its own, only one side the other side is firm, falls off every like 30 minites or so but overall excellent controller best there is!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Why wouldn't you put on the box you have to have another controller to use this one? This is stupid for the price. I have to manually power on my ps5 and when the option to choose what user comes up I have to use my og ps5 controller. Yall make dumb controllers. I'll be taking this back asap.
