Absolutely terrible no vibration can’t reconfigure any profiles and nothing is in English. I want to return this asap it’s horrible. Feels cheap, looks cheap. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

We regret that you are not satisfied with the vibration of our controller. Sadly, we were not able to implement this fonction for PS5 games in order to respect our Sony technical specifications requirements.
As for the lack of information, we will share with you the Instruction Booklet as soon as possible. In the meantime, please refer to the Quick Start Guide and the FAQ available here: https://my.nacongaming.com/en-GB/support/product/634 to gather more information.

Return Request a return for the following issues below. Was excited for the revolution 5 pro controller to arrived. When they did it was nothing but sad disappointment, First let me start by saying no Apps yet available, vibration none existing for PS5 Common its the end of 2023, No instructions in English Thankfully I still remember my French. Now for Sony Playstation Approved and an officially licensed controller I was expecting more, or at least software that works out of the box, I have not been able to get the Mac version to work to map my buttons eccc. Maybe next time put out all the full features that are and aren't available. Really not happy and I feel this controller was misleading.

No longer working after ps5 software update

I used this controller for destiny 2 it was great I really liked it. Howeyever since Sony's software update this controller or any other 3rd party controller will not work for ps5 games. It will only work on PS4 games. I also tried searching for updates for controller software on nacon. There's nothing posted how to remedy this issue. I just got this controller 4 months ago and can't use it anymore.

the joy stick wide spread make fingers hurt. should of ran the same look as the dual sense edge d pad should of been top left .. mid game my fingers get tired stretch fingers ...

Am honest review of this controller is at best it has the hall effect sticks. The fact that it can't connect directly to the ps5, lacks vibration and overall feels uncomfortable to hold if you want to make use of the back buttons it's not the best out there. I find myself going back to my normal ps5 controller for my shooters which is specifically why I bought it.

I don't like that to use the normal mode where it's easy to use. An remap buttons. That I have to constantly plug my controller into a pc to update it or my triggers don't work.
