I love the fan/heater! It was a little hard to understand how to operate it but once I did, I was enjoying it.

This is one of the best purchases that I have made this year Air purifier cooler heater. I can’t say how happy I am that I I bought this Dyson product. It cools my house and heats my house faster than my mini split. AC I can only hope the air purifier is performing the same. love love love this product

This is the second one 1 ordered. Have them in different rooms. Actually ordered a third one and gave to my son for a gift for his house. These work GREAT. Heat takes care of my entire bedroom and family room. It’s quiet and effective. Highly recommend it.

Using this for a partially basement space and find the air quality reports really helpful. Using the app to monitor the space when I'm not in the space is also really awesome. The heater is warm! Excited to test the cooling possibilities once the seasons change. Only thing - wouldn't recommend ordering directly from vendor website. Tracking and delivery were dicey, no support.

I had the same model before and loved it. It lasted 10 years, had to replace it recently. The newer model is noisy even when it’s just sitting there monitoring the air. When you turn the fan comes on it really gets going, even on night mode it’s annoyingly loud. The worse part is I also use it to keep the chill off a larger room in the house. I’d program it for the evenings and forget about it. Now it won’t come on to heat unless you manually turn it on (new UL standard) so… It sits there making noise all the time, only comes on when air is bad (never is). If it does come on it blows cold air as it won’t heat automatically. I assume I’ll have a similar issue in the summer. The new update has made scheduling the machine worthless as a “hot n cold” purifier. I am extremely disappointed in this. Just know it’s good if you want a purifier, any hot or cold function is manual now.
