It’s fine, when it’s not sending me notifications saying there’s a problem with the purifier. The first time it happened, I followed the provided instructions and called support. I provided enough information to verify my product was registered and pushed back on the request for additional identifying information that was irrelevant to my issue only to be told to unplug the thing and plug it back in. When it works it does its job adequately.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don’t waste your money the product is too expensive for what it does . I tried to return a fully boxed unit with a receipt within one day of purchase , after 4 weeks still no credit Dyson is so over rated

Great airflow coverage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Dyson Purifier Hot+Cool HP1 because I needed an air purifier for my bedroom that can also work as a fan and heater. I love the fact that it is not loud. I have the purifier placed on the floor and the tilting feature allows for greater coverage. I also like how the app gives you suggestions on how to improve the air quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is our third Dyson Air Purifier and the best of the three as it is controllable from my phone and provides a lot of information re air quality. The heating feature is appreciated during cooler weather. This machine is a lifesaver during the smoke intrusion from Canadian Wildfires in Manitoba and Ontario affecting a once pristine northern Michigan.
