This is my second Keurig and enjoy all the new features especially the 4 cup Karafe. A little bummed that the my K cup will not work with this model. But all in all very happy and would recommend it, Thanks Keurig for the free pods for the review.

I had a grind and brew coffee maker but did not use it very much any more. The Keurig 2.0 K550 allows me to make just what I need. The pods are so simple to use and easy to clean up. The settings allow me to make a cup about any strength I wish. Even though you have to use Keurig type pods, there are plenty to choose from. So far, I am very happy with the Keurig. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

I love my Keurig, but compared to the older models it's not something I would buy again. It gets clogged easy, no water temp options, and so sad you can't use nonKeurig brands. Love the carafe! It is beautiful, easy to use, and makes great coffee every morning! The wake timer and off time are great options that I set up and love that it is ready to go each morning. Thanks Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

There are so many good things about this brewer...it looks good, it makes a good cup of coffee, it is simple to use. The only negative is that it only works with Keurig brand k-cups. This is not explained clearly in the description otherwise, we may not have made the purchase. We do like Keurig brand coffee but they do tend to be more costly than non-Keurig brands. The unfortunate thing is that this one negative tends to counter balance all the things we love about our new brewer. Instead of feeling "GREAT!" We feel more like, "oh well".

Awesome product, combines vue with standard keurig

I loved the vue machine because of all the options it gave you, especially the stronger cup option. The 2.0 combines all those features with the standard keurig. The full pot is also nice. I love the ability to use vue cups, standard cups and 2 part cups
