We use the keurig every morning and it is super quick and convenient. The Keurig 2.0 550 definitely brews a better tasting cup of coffee than all the older model keurig machines we've owned in the past. Only disadvantage is upon arrival the coffee tasted like plastic so we had to flush vinegar and water through the reservoir multiple times until it was gone. Other negative is that it only takes Keurig kcups and we still had multiple kcups that we bought that will not work in the machine.
Pros: Fast, Variety Of Kcups, Great tasting coffee, Easy to use, Brews quickly
Cons: Plastic Taste At First, Have To Buy Keurig Kcups

I like that I can set it to start preheating right when my alarm goes off in the morning! The coffee is so good and I love the variety! Also I love the carafe for brunch on the wekends!

I use mine everyday. I Iike the variety of coffee available. The ease of use is great .I just wish the coffee stayed warm longer. Overall I would recommend this to all my friends

Am enjoying the new K550 2.0 really like being able to brew a carafe on the weekends and the larger size for my travel mug on the week day. The lighted water tank is kinda hokey but like the design over all. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

It is our first Keurig model K550 got it for my husband for father's day it is the best gift he loved it I loved it my kids love it coffee for him, teas for me, and hot chocolate for the kids.

"Thanks keurig for the free pods for this review" I am a everyday coffee drinker, found this keurig 2.0 to be just the right coffee brewer for me . It's easy to use and brews fast. I love the fact that it dispenses pure hot water to make a perfect cup of hot tea, but wish I could dispense as much hot water as I like rather than just the 8oz at a time then having to open the lid and push it back down to get more hot water. Not a big deal but would be nice to get just hold the button down for as much hot water you like. Other than that in love with my keurig!☺

I like the option to make my coffee stronger and to make different size cups of coffee. I don't use the carafe as much as I though I would. The water storage is large and I don't have to add water as frequently as I did with my old Keurig pot.
