Great unit - looks nice and fast!

This unit is extremely convenient and so fast to brew coffee, this is the best feature. I can't believe I waited so long before getting a Keurig coffee maker. The coffee is good also. The biggest complaint, and it is a moderate one, is that every 2-3 cups it stops brewing. I have to clean out the "needle" mechanism inside the head a LOT in order to keep it working. This area needs to be redesigned so it doesn't clog up so much - this takes away from the efficiency of the machine (a lot).
Pros: Easy to use, Brews quickly, Multiple Settings, Stylish, Convenient
Cons: HARD TO CLEAN, Stops working often

Bought this Keurig to replace my old one that lasted 4 years. Love the stylish look and the variety of brew size choices. I use my Keurig at least 10-15 times daily. So far, so good. Have not had it long enough to review ease of cleaning and durability but hope it is as good as the one I had to eventually replace. I received (or will receive) compensation/free products for my unbiased review.

I resisted buying a Keurig but finally did and I am very happy. I find myself making a cup more often with the Keurig than having to brew a pot in the past. Very easy & convenient and there are some great coffees available in the k-cups. Thanks Keurig for the free pods for this review!

I have had this brewer for about two weeks replacing a VUE. I like the functionality of being able to brew k-cups and VUE cups. The settings are easy to use and understand. Water seems to heat much faster and MUCH quieter during the brew process. Several features of hot water dispenser and customizable light color and backgrounds are a neat feature.

This is a great coffe pot for our small office. We dont have to brew one pot and risk someone not liking the coffee. The K cups are awesome and everyone gets a perfect cup their way every time.

I have had this brewer for a while - practically use it a couple of times every day - with the one-cup-at a time brewing, my coffee stays hot and fresh. Plenty of choices in terms of coffee, which makes life interesting. My main compliant is the pods are not easily recyclable - which makes me a little guilty each time I put one into the trash.
