I use this maker every day. Love the convenience and how fast I can get a great cup of coffee. I just received it for Fathers day and haven't had any bad experiences as of yet. My kids love the hot coco. Be careful, kids will be drinking coco all day if you let them.

Thank you Keurig for the free pods for this review, but would give a review in any case as I can honestly say I love my new Keurig. Brews the best coffee that has no bitterness which is just great. Very satisfied on all counts. Best purchase, for a coffee lover, I could have made.

This company has a great product and the best customer service! I recommend these machines to EVERYONE I speak with concerning coffee and the best brewers! The display seems more specific as though it enables the user to brew their coffee to more specific parameters than my older non-2.0 keurig. However, when I brew the k-cup pods on the largest cup setting I can't help but notice less coffee in my mug than when I had brewed the largest cup setting on my older keurig machine. So that's a bit of a disappointment. Being able to brew a carafe is a nice feature but the carafe pods do cost quite a bit more. I do like how I can set my new keurig to turn on at a certain time and then shut off at a different time and also the hot water on demand feature is nice.
