This is my first Keurig machine, and I am absolutely in love! It is easy to use, and the coffee is amazing! My favorite control is the strength setting, as I love my coffee strong. Everyone needs one of these coffee makers.

So far I love this machine. It heats up and brews quickly, the controls are easy to use and the design is nice and sleek. My only complaint is that I cannot use my own coffee and must buy certain K Cups only.

My area is in the middle of a hot weather period, it is nice that the Keurig Brewer doesn't add heat up my kitchen. I can have a hot cup of coffee in a minute. I am new to Keurig, so I am still learning, but it won't take long. I am still looking for a decaf coffee that suits me.

The Best Until It Stopped Working Around 30 Days

I have been through 3 brewers in as many months! The pump stops working after daily use-not even HARD use. I am tired of having to return this product! This was a gift so I have no receipt. I am now w/o a reliable brewer and stuck with all the coffee and extra's I purchased.

daughter told me about the fact that you had to use"Keurig" pods. I assumed that from all the advertising that you could use all of the different brands meant you could use anything to brew. In little tiny print in the directions, after you bought the product, told you otherwise. Also I tried to turn off the machine as it was blinking "add water". It would not let me turn it off and since I did not want to use it again, I did not want to add water just to turn it off and unplug it. Since I did not pay cash for my Keurig, I will be going back to my 14 cup KitchenAid where I can get a larger cup of coffee all at once and use all of ground coffee up.

Cons: Limited Features, Small Cups

This is a fantastic brewing system. I am very impressed with the speed of the brewing cycle. It is so clever that the system reads the pods and selects the proper brewing cycle. The carafe is an easy way to make several cups at the same time. It was very easy to set the system up initially. Can't think of any cons. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.

This machine works great, brews coffee quickly. Admittedly, it does make a little noise when brewing but nothing annoying. The only downside that I have experienced is that not all brands/flavors come in the specific kcup that works with this machine.

I love my Keurig brewers, I have owned 5 (upgraded from older brewers), and still use 3. I am not a coffee drinker, I love lattes, and cafe style drinks. The Rivo is great for creating coffee house quality lattes. I have a K250 to take along on trips, and the K550 for home. It is easy to use, brews great tasting beverages very quickly, and it looks fantastic on my counter. Some of the things I would like to see changed are; the beverage does not brew hot enough for my taste, I have to microwave it for 30-60 seconds to get it to the temperature I like (this includes the Rivo, an older k-cup brewer I had, and the Vue). Also, the K450 water on demand feature button does not have to be held down to dispense your choice of 4 or 6 oz. Not sure why this was not included on the K550, which you have to hold the button down the entire time the hot water is dispensing, and I don't always get the full 6oz of hot water. Since it is the newest in the line of Keurig brewers, the K550 should have all the features of older brewers, plus more. And, lastly, all k-cups should be able to brewed in the 2.0. I don't understand why Keurig doesn't want other brand coffee than theirs brewed in their machine, it would only increase their sales, I believe, if you could brew any cup in their brewers. Even more frustrating is you can't even brew the older Keurig k-cups, their own coffee, in the 2.0 brewers. I don't understand the logic on this especially. One last pet peeve is regarding some of the k-cup beverages. Almost all have some type of artificial sweetener, and I understand the need for that, but why not have an unsweetened version, as well, for those of us that want to add real sugar to our drinks. Thanks, Keurig, for the free pods for this review.
